Return Policy

At eOndu , we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product in accordance with the following return policy.

1. Returns

We accept returns of most items within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as you received it.
  • In its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and manuals included.
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Certain items items marked as final sale, are not eligible for return.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service at sales@eOndu.com or 832-979-2572  to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Once you have received the RMA number, pack the item securely and include the RMA form inside the package.
  3. Ship the item back to us using the address provided in the RMA email.

Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items, unless the item was defective or incorrect upon arrival.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • If your return is rejected (due to being used, damaged, or missing original packaging), we will notify you and offer the option to send the item back at your expense.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us within 30 days of receiving your item, and we will assist you in processing the exchange.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the expected time frame:

  1. Check with your bank or credit card company, as processing time may vary.
  2. If you still have not received the refund, please contact us at sales@eOndu.com.
